meet your physical therapist
Hi, I’m Dr. Laura Bracken, a licensed physical therapist specializing in women’s health, orthopedic rehabilitation, and chronic pain care.
I created this practice with one goal in mind: to provide deeply personalized, one-on-one care that helps you feel strong, confident, and at home in your body again.
What began as a mobile concierge service has grown into a boutique, in-office experience in South Walton County—allowing for even more comprehensive care, access to specialized equipment, and a calm, supportive environment designed entirely around your healing.
My background
I was introduce to the profession of physical therapy in the 10th grade after taking a “What career should you pursue” quiz. As I researched, I became excited about the prospect of becoming a physical therapist. I obtained my BS Exercise Physiology degree from Valdosta State University in 2015 and my Doctor of Physical Therapy degree in 2018 from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences. I then completed residency training in Orthopedic Physical Therapy in 2020. I also completed training in dry needling for myofascial pain in 2020. After completing residency, I began training in pelvic floor and women’s health conditions. In 2023, I began further training in chronic pain conditions.
Today, I utilize my various trainings and backgrounds to provide a holistic approach to physical therapy.
